The Palm
Grand ZOR at Fairmont The Palm is a stand-alone, fully licensed restaurant created as a complete dining and lifestyle destination. With its own private entrance from West Beach, along with both valet and self-parking options, the venue offers easy and direct access while remaining seamlessly connected to the Fairmont setting. Located on the ground floor, the restaurant opens onto a spacious terrace overlooking the marina, surrounding greenery, and Dubai’s skyline, making it ideal for daytime dining and relaxed evenings. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and immersive, shaped by hand-painted walls, intricate mosaic details, flowing fountains, and richly layered interiors inspired by Uzbek culture. Guests arriving from the self-parking side are welcomed by a striking 3D-effect painted photo wall, creating a memorable visual moment. The venue is also family-friendly and hosts regular kids’ cooking masterclasses, while adults can enjoy the upstairs lounge with its distinctive design and one of the top shisha experiences in the UAE. A small outdoor stage adds character to the space with occasional live performances. The menu blends Uzbek cuisine with Mediterranean and Eastern European influences, offering a large and generous selection designed for sharing, including Uzbek osh, lagman, delicious flavors of samsa, chuchvara, manti, and a wide variety of shashliks, all served in a setting where time tends to slow down naturally.
